Return procedure
You can request the return of the products within and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
All products must be returned intact (without signs of wear, abrasions, nicks, scratches, deformations, etc.), complete with all their elements and accessories, in their original packaging and wrapping. If this is not the case, you will not be entitled to an exchange or replacement of what you purchased.
Return shipping and any insurance will be at your expense.
To request a return, write to the email address info@fragrart.com , indicating the order number. We will take care of sending you all the data to proceed with the shipment of the package.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
If the item received is damaged or defective, the return costs will be borne by Fragrart Srl
We ask you to send a photo of the damaged product received to the email address info@fragrart.com
Defective products will be inspected by the quality control department and the cost of the product will be refunded if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. We promise to fully refund the cost of the products found to be defective or replace them with a product of equal value.
HOW THE REFUND IS MADE
The refund of the return will only be made after all checks on the returned order have had a positive outcome.
The refund will be made through the method you used when placing the order. If the payment is made by credit card, the time it takes for the credit to appear on your account may vary from one bank to another.
If your purchase was made using a discount code, the amount of the discount will not be refunded, the refund will only be for the difference between the value of the discount and the value of the purchase made.
HOW TO REQUEST A PRODUCT CHANGE
Returns of purchases made on www.fragrart.com do not include the exchange of the goods, but only the refund of the amount spent according to the payment method used.
